Standard Chartered Arts In the Park 2011
Audition for Teenage Dancers

The Hong Kong Youth Arts Foundation is looking for young and energetic performers between 10 and 25 years old to take part in our annual 2-day carnival "Standard Chartered Arts in the Park Mardi Gras" parade and dance performance at Victoria Park.

Experience is preferred, enthusiasm is a must.

Rehearsals will begin in September with performances on a weekend in November.

Audition Date：23rd June,2011(Thursday)
Deadline for registration：20th June,2011(Monday)
Venue：YAF Studio
Unit 4, 2/F, Westlands Centre, 20 Westlands Road, Quarry Bay
Transportation Suggestions：Quarry Bay MTR Exit A

To register, please click on a time from the timetable below ：
Session Time
A 5pm - 6pm
B 6pm - 7pm
C 7pm - 8pm
D 8pm - 9pm
(Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the audition time to register)

Important Notes：
  • You will be asked to improvise a short phase according to instructions. A dance phase will also be taught during the audition. Please wear comfortable clothes to dance in. You will be bare feet.
  • Please bring a recent photo of yours to the audition. Otherwise, there will be HK$40 charge for each photo taken by YAF.
  • Please note rehearsals will be held once a week from September to November. It will be week day evening or Saturday afternoon including public holidays. Performances will fall on a weekend in November 2011.
