The Beautiful Truth Workshop

Join professional photographer Peter Hamann of Onegoodpeople on a tour of his latest exhibition The Beautiful Truth, and take part in a photography challenge that will enable you to capture your interpretation of the unique beauty of the everyday world around us. All you will need is a smart phone, enthusiasm and imagination.

The Beautiful Truth features stunning, fresh images of the everyday life in Japan, China, India, Cambodia, Bali, Cuba and Peter’s home Hong Kong. The exhibition is presented by Onegoodpeople, an organisation dedicated to portraying the beautiful truth of our amazing planet – its cities and landscapes with their many diverse and colourful cultures.

The Hong Kong Jockey Club Community Project Grant: stART Up Community Arts Project – which runs from September 2023 to March 2024 – takes inclusion as its focus. Through accessible arts opportunities for people of all ages, cultures and abilities, the programme aims to promote understanding and equity among people of diverse backgrounds, and expand perceptions of what art can be.
