Practicing the belief that "Art knows no boundaries", YAF together with The Sovereign Art Foundation have pioneered an insightful photography mentorship programme. Three autistic youth Low Chi Wa (Heep Hong Society), Kuot Kam Lun (Fu Hong Society) and Chau Ka Ching (Hong Chi Association), were given the opportunity to be mentored by local photographers Tse Ming-chong, Leon Suen and Ceci Liu from June to August. The mentorship allowed the participants to have intensive photographic training, providing them an inspirational avenue for self-expression.

The showcasing of their works presents us with an insight to their inner thoughts and feelings whilst encouraging the development of their hidden artistic passion.

This exhibition will demonstrate to the general public their potential as gifted artists in their own right and perhaps challenge the general perception of people with autism. Come and see this stimulating exhibition and encourage more opportunities for special-needs youth to develop their artistic talent and potential.
