Laughter, anger, sadness, happiness – human emotions on display
“Theatre 4 All” has been a YAF staple for the last 7 years. It has brought forward many amateur theatre groups to the spot light and many are playing a big part in the professional field these days.
This year YAF has invited 6 local theatre directors for "DIRECTORS CUT" and 3 local schools for "SCHOOLS SHOWCASE" to bring a 20-minute theatrical piece to the Fringe Studio. Featured directors are: Lindsey McAlister, Candice Moore, Christina Jensen, Giles Burton, Katherine Cooper and Maria Wong. Featured schools are: Chinese International School, Island School and German Swiss International School.
Thank you for your great support to the local productions and teenagers. The programme had finished sucessfully.
YAF is very honoured to be invited to participate at the IDEA 2007 World Congress of the International Drama/Theatre & Education Association organised by TEFO (Hong Kong Drama/Theatre and Education Forum). Selected performances of the “Theatre 4 All” including "Insomnia", "The Kids are back" & "Mountain Language" will be showcased at the Congress in Hong Kong in July 2007.
