22 - 28/4/2009 10:00am -10:00pm KIEHL’S GIVING TO THE EARTH Venue : Level LG2 Festival Walk, Kowloon Tong Enquiry : yan@hkyaf.com This project is about promoting Earth Day and encouraging the public to live an eco-friendly lifestyle. Kiehl’s has taken the initiative to collect thousands of Kiehl’s bottles from their customers over the past few months. YAF sculptor Gareth Dunster directed a group of teenagers in using five thousand collected Kiehl’s bottles to form a 8 ft high X 8 ft wide “Pear Tree” sculpture. They also created a collection of flowers to celebrate the organic shapes that are present in nature. This eye catching and alternative botanical garden will be on display at Festival Walk. Free admission Suitable for all ages
