Fuse – Seeking Schools and Organisations
01/01/2024-31/03/2026
Fuse is a community-based arts project designed to empower young individuals from low-income families and ethnic minority backgrounds, and nurture their creative potential. The comprehensive three-year programme runs from January 2024 until March 2026, and is supported by The Burberry Foundation as part of the Burberry Inspire global youth empowerment initiative.
We are currently seeking organisations, local primary and secondary schools for the Fuse Artist-in-School Programme – a series of creative, in-school workshops that bring the magic of visual and performing arts directly into the classroom through activities such as dragon dances, shadow puppetry, illustration, rainbow calligraphy and much more. Aimed at primary schools and secondary school junior forms with ethnic minority students aged 10 and above, the workshops integrate the arts into your school and community, nurturing shared creativity, fostering inclusivity and strengthening students’ sense of belonging. To support diversity, priority will be given to schools with non-Chinese students.
