Wendy has been involved in youth-related work in Hong Kong since graduating from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Social Science degree. Before joining HKYAF in 2001, Wendy spent four years as an Outreach Worker at KELY Support Group and was also a Senior Programme Officer at the Warehouse Teenage Club.
Wendy believes passionately in the arts as a significant platform through which young people can express themselves and bring about personal growth. As Director at HKYAF, she constantly seeks new project ideas to inspire young people. She also manages a wide range of large-scale community arts programmes including Standard Chartered Arts in the Park and Jockey Club “Project Silver” Intergenerational Arts Project.

Greatest YAF memory
Our first Night Parade in Causeway Bay in 2013. The moment I saw the route packed full of visitors... my neck hairs stood up! Felt really touched.
My dream superpower
As a woman, I am very greedy. I want to be able to change my powers whenever I want. That would be awesome.
