Booking Details
● Tickets: $180 (students); $260 (teachers)
● One complimentary teacher ticket for every 10 student tickets booked.
● Daytime matinees are open to school groups only.
● Suitable for ages 9 and above.
● Performed in English with Chinese and English surtitles; approximately 90 minutes with no intermission. Latecomers will only be admitted only during a single suitable break in the performance. No re-entry until after the show.
● School performances include a 15-minute post-performance Q&A with the cast and creative team.
● Public performance tickets will be available starting in September 2026 on WestK’s official website.
Payment Details
● An invoice with payment instructions will be sent to you after booking confirmation.
● To secure the best seats, please settle payment within two weeks of receiving the invoice.
● No refunds or ticket exchanges once payment is processed.
Other Remarks
● A confirmation email will be sent to you upon receipt of the application form.
● E-Tickets will be sent to the teacher/staff in charge after payment is processed.
● Tickets are reserved on a first come, first served basis. We recommend booking early for the best seats.
● Programmes may change due to adverse weather, unforeseen conditions, or force majeure. The organiser reserves the right to make changes with prior notice to ticket buyers.
● If your selected performance is fully booked, HKYAF will notify the contact person and attempt to allocate available alternatives.
● If you do not receive a response from HKYAF within two weeks of submission, please reach out to us.
