City Momentum Public Art Project
01/07-31/12/2017
Hoarding art is a popular way to enhance a city environment and one that is used around the world. For the City Momentum Public Art Project, the Development Bureau provided a number of hoardings and invited YAF to work with local artists to beautify our city environment and celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Hong Kong handover.
The City Momentum Public Art Project showcases the work of eight local artists and illustrators on eleven hoarding sites around the city. Featuring elements such as local architecture, food, transportation, occupations and attractions, these colourful interpretations of city life in Hong Kong are a vibrant reflection of the city’s diversity!
