Spark! Art Empowerment Programme for Children at Small Group Homes
01/03/2024-31/12/2026
The magic of the arts can help us see the world in new ways and make a transformative difference to our lives.
This year, HKYAF introduces the community arts project Spark! Art Empowerment Programme for Children at Small Group Homes. Between 2024 and 2026, a series of fun, enriching visual and performing art experiences will take place across Hong Kong, engaging over 400 youngsters aged 4 to 18 living in small group homes and foster care services.
Each non-competitive and nurturing experience is designed to help participants overcome personal and social barriers and foster personal growth, while at the same time helping them acquire new skills, explore their creative potential and explore positive means of self-expression through the arts
